   At MexiHibachi, our story began in 2022 right from our front yard with a dream, a Blackstone griddle, and a purpose bigger than ourselves. We started MexiHibachi for our daughter, Christina, who was born with an eye condition that required surgery that could help improve her vision. Wanting to create something meaningful for our family and her future, we poured our hearts into building a business centered around hard work, passion, and community.

   What started small quickly grew through the incredible support of our customers and the love we put into every meal. Today, MexiHibachi proudly brings together the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine and Japanese Hibachi for a unique fusion experience known for fresh ingredients, generous portions, and unforgettable flavor.

   From sizzling plates and loaded fusion favorites to our signature house sauces, every dish is made fresh and served with care. More than just food, MexiHibachi represents family, resilience, and the belief that with faith and determination, something beautiful can grow for humble  beginnings.
